Two or more wedges of Brie cheese (enough to fill the bottom of a small microwavable casserole dish)
Chop the following ingredients into large pieces:
1 can of artichoke hearts in water
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced olives
1 small bunch of scallions
1 cup of parsley -- a small amount of fresh parsley (few sprigs)
For seasoning: lemon pepper and garlic powder
1. Add lemon pepper and garlic powder to taste to the chopped ingredients.
2.. Put all the chopped ingredients on top of the wedges of brie cheese in the casserole dish.
3. Microwave the brie casserole for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
4. Serve with cut up Italian bread.
