BELLA’S BEAST

His lips pressed against hers as if he was
ready to devour her. Isabella’s arms went around his shoulders. She returned
the kiss with as much passion.
Antoine reached buttons on the back of her
dress. He fiddled with them until he was clawing at the material. For the first
time, he wished she was wearing one of her disasters and her petticoats. At
least they were easier to get off than the intricate style.
“Damn.” He pulled back from her. “These
dresses were designed to keep men out.”
Isabella’s head dropped forward onto his
chest. Her body shook with laughter.
“You think it’s funny, but I’m dying.”
“Now you know how I felt before supper.”
He took her hand and pressed it against his
groin. “My dear, I’ve felt this way throughout supper.”♥
